What is a Dutch Shepherd?
The Dutch Shepherds are a Holland breed. They’re known as the Hollandse Herdershond in Europe, They were originally sheepdogs, and were also used by Dutch farmers as a general purpose farm dog.
The Dutch Shepherd is affectionate and loyal towards the whole family, reliable, always alert, watchful, active, independent, with persistence, intelligence, prepared to be obedient and gifted with the true shepherding temperament.
Who is Ausczylwik?
Ausczylwik where the first breeders to imported Dutch Shepherd dogs to Australia. Ausczylwik was instrumental in getting the Dutch Shepherd breed recognised with the Australian Canine Council. In March 2010 the Dutch Shepherd breed was added to the list of pure bred dogs in Australia.
Ausczylwik Kennels are owned by Artur and Kellie Marcinkowski who have been involved in dog training for over 20 years.
Our Objective
Our ambition is to breed mentally strong and capable dogs, with good health and exterior that are proficient no matter if they’re used as competitive dogs, police dogs, search & rescue dogs or any other area of expertise.
